Job Summary
Pinkvilla is looking for a You Tube Channel Manager to lead the growth, performance, and daily operations of our You Tube channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, publishing, optimization, analytics, audience growth, and monetization strategy , ensuring our channels consistently deliver high engagement, strong watch time, and subscriber growth.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Management & Publishing
Manage end-to-end operations of Pinkvilla’s You Tube channels (main + vertical channels if any)
Own the publishing calendar, upload schedules, and content pipeline coordination
Ensure correct metadata uploads: titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, chapters, end screens, cards, playlists, etc.
