Youtube Channel Manager

MR. SUS LLC is looking for a proactive and creative YouTube Manager to help grow and optimize our YouTube presence.

This role is ideal for someone who understands YouTube growth strategy, content positioning, thumbnail psychology, and AI-powered content creation. We are not just looking for someone to upload videos — we are looking for someone who can help us build scalable, high-performing content systems.

If you understand how to combine research, AI tools, thumbnails, and storytelling into viral-ready content, this role is for you.

Responsibilties:

• Conduct in-depth YouTube content research (trends, competitors, viral formats, keyword opportunities)
• Create and edit high-converting thumbnails
• Produce or assist in producing AI-generated YouTube videos (similar in style to modern AI-narrated / AI-produced documentary-style content)
• Analyze YouTube Studio metrics (CTR, retention, watch time) and suggest improvements
