YouTube Content Promoter

The primary goal of this role is to increase the organic reach and views of our YouTube channel. You will be responsible for the distribution of our content and focus on off-platform community promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Seed content into relevant external communities (Reddit, niche Facebook groups, LinkedIn) to spark the initial view velocity.
• Strategic Distribution: Identify and engage with relevant subreddits (Reddit), Skool groups, Quora threads, and Facebook communities.
• Value-First Engagement: Write persuasive, non-spammy posts that provide value to the community while naturally driving traffic to our YouTube videos.
• View Velocity Management: Coordinate the sharing of content immediately after upload to signal high interest to the YouTube algorithm.
• Traffic Monitoring: Track and report on which external platforms are driving the highest quality Watch Time.
