Customer Service Representative – Online Video Sharing Account
Location: Taguig and Vertis North (North Edsa)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a leading Online Video Sharing account. This is a mass hiring initiative with a total of 108 openings across two sites.

Open Headcount:

• 72 Agents – Taguig
• 36 Agents – Vertis North (North Edsa)

Compensation Package (Flat Rate for All Hired Candidates)

• ₱25,000 Basic Salary
• ₱2,500 Allowance
• 10% Night Differential

27,500php package + 10% ND

All qualified and hired candidates will receive the same salary package.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects)
• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig or Vertis North
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
