YouTube Executive

EXPRESS ENTERTAINMENT is looking to hire a YouTube Executive to manage and grow its entertainment and drama content across YouTube platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clip, package, and upload drama segments, promos, teasers, and Shorts on a daily basis
Write engaging, platform-optimized titles, descriptions, and hashtags to maximize reach
Design and test clickable thumbnails to improve CTR and audience retention
Manage playlists, end screens, and community posts to boost discoverability and watch time
Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics including views, engagement, and retention
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Media Science, Mass Communication, or a related field
Experience in managing YouTube content, preferably for drama / entertainment content
Proficiency in video editing using Adobe Premiere or similar tools
Strong thumbnail design skills using Photoshop / Canva
