YouTube Growth Manager

The Goal
At CreativeFlic, we believe a world-class video is only as good as its packaging. We are looking for a Growth Lead who owns the Front-End of YouTube. You are the bridge between a finished edit and a viral hit. This role is for someone who understands that CTR (Click-Through Rate) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) are the engines that drive views.
The Requirements
Design Mastery: Expert-level Adobe Photoshop skills. You must be able to create high-contrast, cinematic thumbnails that stop the scroll (think MagnatesMedia or MrBeast style).
SEO & Keyword Expertise: Deep knowledge of YouTube's algorithm. You know how to use tools like VidIQ, TubeBuddy, or Google Trends to find high-volume, low-competition topics.
Packaging Psychology: You understand how to pair a curiosity-gap title with a high-impact visual to force a click.
Data-Driven Mindset: You can read YouTube Analytics like a map—identifying why a video is flatlining and how to pivot the strategy.
