YouTube Growth & Podcast Marketing Lead

Growth Troops is seeking a YouTube Marketer / Podcast Producer to lead podcast production and develop a YouTube-first video strategy. This full-time position is remote with U.S. Eastern Time availability required.

Responsibilities include managing content across social platforms, monitoring performance metrics, and using HubSpot for workflow management. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in content marketing and are proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
