YouTube Growth Specialist
to lead the organic growth strategy across our YouTube ecosystem. In this role, you will own channel packaging, performance optimization, clips channel expansion, and data-driven experimentation to increase views, subscribers, and engagement across multiple channels.
In just two years, YAP Media has become one of the top networks for business and self-development podcasts, securing sponsorship deals with major brands like Airbnb, LinkedIn, Shopify, the International Olympic Committee, and more. As our network scales, organic growth is one of our highest-leverage opportunities. We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and performance-obsessed operator who understands how to engineer growth through aggressive optimization and experimentation.
