Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Youtube Channel Manager (Organic) to lead our top-of-the-funnel initiatives aimed at spreading category awareness, brand awareness and driving lead generation from Youtube organically. This role will oversee all organic Youtube campaigns ensuring they deliver high ROI and align with business objectives. Our north star aim is to grow into India’s top youtube channel (across business categories) in terms of followers, engagement and driving organic business.

The ideal candidate should be/have:

• Highly skilled and proficient in scaling up Organic Youtube channels and partnering with influencers, micro-influencers, creators etc.
• Proven track record of achieving results in scaling up B2C Youtube channels organically via content led marketing.
