YouTube Specialist Wanted
Help us get way more from the content we're already making
We've got two YouTube channels, a creative team cranking out videos, and a nagging feeling we could be doing way better with what we've got. That's where you come in.
We're not looking for someone to make videos—we need someone who can look at what we're doing and tell us how to do it smarter. Think: optimization guru, analytics whisperer, and strategic advisor rolled into one.
What You'll Be Doing:
– Digging into the data on our two channels (one for clients, one for VAs)
– Telling us what's working, what's not, and why
– Reviewing our thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags—the whole shebang
– Giving us clear, actionable recommendations we can actually implement
– Tracking what changes move the needle and what doesn't
– Bonus points if you want to throw in some content ideas (not required, but we're open)
