This is not a role for a general social media manager or a video editor. We need a dedicated strategist who understands human psychology, packaging (titles/thumbnails), and algorithmic growth.

You will be the architect behind our video concepts, ensuring every piece of content we produce is engineered to perform, engage, and convert viewers into loyal followers.
