CreativeFlic is hiring a YouTube Thumbnail Designer who understands that thumbnails are not graphics , they are conversion tools. This role is strictly for YouTube thumbnails only. No logos, no social media posts, no branding work, and no other graphic design tasks.
You will work directly with the founder to design high-CTR thumbnails for SaaS brands and global creators. Your job is to turn video titles into scroll-stopping visuals using curiosity, contrast, and strong composition. You must be skilled in Adobe Illustrator (vectors, typography, icons) and Adobe Photoshop (cut-outs, lighting, color grading, compositing), and understand click psychology and mobile-first design.
