The Role

At CreativeFlic, we don't just make pictures. We engineer the
First Impression
. We need a designer who understands that a thumbnail is a psychological bridge between a viewer and a click. You will work directly with our founder to package videos for high-ticket SaaS brands and global creators.

Key Responsibilities

• Vector & Raster Fusion:
  Use
  Adobe Illustrator
  to create custom icons, typography, and vector assets, and
  Photoshop
  for high-end compositing and lighting.
• Packaging Strategy:
  Study titles and thumbnails to create The Curiosity Gap making it impossible for people to scroll past.
• Color Theory & Composition:
  Use high-contrast layouts and Rule of Thirds to guide the viewer's eye to the most important element.
