Plan and deliver programs that facilitate active learning experiences both within and outside the classroom. . Monitor progress of children and complete progress reports and prepare developmental portfolios for each child. . Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and use them in the implementation of the programs. . Establish effective classroom management. .
