YR23- Health Product Development and Management Executive

Working location: Central Region

Working Days: 5 days work

Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Salary Range: $3500 to $4200

• New product planning: generate, develop, curate and prioritise ideas; organise and define requirements based on market data and customer insights; analyse industry trends; evaluate scientific information to generate concepts; define product features, competitive positioning and USP; prepare and execute NPD plan within necessary timeframes.
• New product development (NPD): work with Regulatory Affairs to finalise label text; provide technical documents; source and liaise with contract manufacturers and engineers; review formulas and ingredients for compliance; define critical attributes; work with Quality team on specifications and lab tests; research market prices and propose pricing.
