Job Description

1. 负责员工餐厅日常运营管理,包括餐品供应、食品安全、卫生管理及服务标准执行;
2. 统筹食材采购、库存管理与成本控制,确保运营合规、高效、经济;
3. 组织并指导厨房及服务团队开展工作,落实岗位培训、排班调度与绩效协作;
4. 监督落实《食品安全法》及相关卫生规范,定期开展自查整改,保障用餐安全;
5. 收集员工反馈,持续优化菜品结构、服务流程与就餐体验。

1. 具有2年及以上餐饮服务或食堂运营管理相关工作经验;
2. 熟悉食品安全法律法规及餐饮行业操作规范,持有有效健康证明;
3. 具备基础财务意识和成本管控能力,能熟练使用办公软件进行数据记录与分析;
4. 具有良好的沟通协调能力、团队管理意识和服务导向思维;
5. 无传染病病原携带者就业限制情形,符合国家关于餐饮从业人员的健康准入要求。
