Lead the YWCA Arise shelter as a Manager in Downtown Toronto. This full-time role focuses on operations, fundraising, and support for women escaping violence.
As the Manager of YWCA Arise and the December 6th Fund, you will oversee a 27-bed emergency shelter for women and children. This critical middle management position impacts lives through program planning, budgeting, and community partnerships. Your leadership will help create a safe environment for participants while ensuring effective program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and monitor operational budgets for the shelter
• Negotiate government purchase agreements and community partnerships
