Mission Ensures plant production target of 6-10 million cuttings at Mountain Home Nursery is achieved. Manages all clonal and seedling plant deliveries from external nursery operations ensuring optimal quality prior to dispatch. Ensures that all buildings and nursery facilities at Mountain Home Nursery are optimally utilized and professionally maintained. Provides extended support to all Mondi Holding nurseries in the Midlands Region to ensure that plant quality and handling is optimal for field deployment. Conducts monthly stock take of all plants, seedling trays & consumable stock. Ensures that annual financial and production budgets are achieved. Ensures good Financial Compliance, Corporate Governance and Asset Management at Mountain Home Nursery. Ensures that the Mountain Home Nursery facilities comply with Mondi SHEQ standards.
