Job Description

Zendesk Administrator
to manage, configure, and optimize our Zendesk platform to support customer service operations. The ideal candidate will ensure system efficiency, data accuracy, and a seamless support experience for both customers and internal teams. Candidate must be located in the
Philippines supporting Offshore Clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Zendesk platform, including users, roles, permissions, and configurations.
- Configure and optimize ticket workflows, triggers, automations, macros, and SLAs.
- Customize Zendesk views, forms, and fields to align with business processes.
- Manage integrations with third-party tools and internal systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Generate and analyze reports and dashboards to track support metrics and KPIs.
