<p>Job Description - Senior Business Analyst (with Presales Exposure)<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Lead requirement gathering workshops with customers and internal teams<br/><br/>- Translate business requirements into functional and solution specifications<br/><br/>- Prepare BRD, FRD, PRD, training materials, user guides, user stories, and acceptance criteria<br/><br/>- Lead operational study sessions at customer locations<br/><br/>- Understand As-Is processes and define To-Be workflows.<br/><br/>- Drive requirement sign-off and scope freeze.<br/><br/>- Translate operational reality into product and solution design<br/><br/>- Work closely with engineering, QA, UX, and delivery teams<br/><br/>- Support presales activities such as requirement understanding, solution scoping, and demos<br/><br/>- Participate in RFP / proposal responses from...
