中餐厅经理

1. 全面负责中餐厅日常运营管理，包括服务质量、食品安全、成本控制及客户满意度提升；
2. 统筹人员排班、员工培训与绩效管理，营造积极协作的团队氛围；
3. 执行营收目标，分析经营数据，优化菜单结构与运营流程，持续提升餐厅盈利能力；
4. 严格遵守国家餐饮服务相关法律法规及食品安全标准，落实卫生防疫与安全生产要求；
5. 协调处理顾客投诉与突发事件，维护品牌形象与顾客关系。

1. 大专及以上学历，餐饮管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年及以上中高端中餐厅现场管理经验，有独立带店经历者优先；
3. 熟悉餐饮运营全流程，掌握食品安全管理、成本核算、服务标准及员工培训方法；
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队领导力与抗压能力，能适应轮班及节假日工作安排；
5. 持有有效健康证明，无法律禁止从事餐饮行业的从业限制情形。
