中厨房炒锅厨师

1. 负责中厨房热菜区域的菜品制作，严格执行标准菜谱及出品质量要求，确保色、香、味、形、器符合餐厅规范；
2. 参与日常备料、切配协调及灶台清洁维护工作，保障操作区域安全、卫生、有序；
3. 配合厨师长完成新品研发试制、成本控制及出餐节奏管理，服从工作安排并持续提升烹饪技能。

1. 具备3年以上中餐炒锅岗位实操经验，熟悉粤菜/淮扬菜/川菜等主流菜系至少一种的烹调工艺；
2. 持有有效的健康证明，具备食品安全基础知识，了解《餐饮服务食品安全操作规范》相关要求；
3. 具备良好的职业素养与团队协作意识，能适应餐饮行业弹性工作时间，无违法违纪记录。
