中厨房砧板厨师

1. 负责中厨房各类食材的切配、腌制、预制等砧板岗位作业，确保规格统一、符合出品标准；
2. 严格执行食品安全与操作规范，保持工作区域及工具清洁卫生，落实生熟分开、标识清晰等要求；
3. 配合厨师长及灶台岗位完成菜品备料与出餐节奏协同，保障出品效率与质量稳定；
4. 参与日常食材验收、库存盘点及损耗控制，如实记录并反馈异常情况。

1. 具备3年以上中餐厨房砧板岗位工作经验，熟悉粤菜、淮扬菜或本企业主营菜系的切配标准与工艺要求；
2. 持有有效健康证明，掌握食品卫生安全基础知识，无传染性疾病病原携带情形；
3. 具备基本刀工技能与食材识别能力，能独立完成常见荤素原料的改刀、分档取料及腌制处理；
4. 责任心强，服从管理，具备良好的团队协作意识与抗压能力；
5. 年龄不限，性别不限，民族、宗教信仰、户籍所在地等均不作为录用限制条件。
