Job Description:

1. Independently responsible for vendor development and leading the negotiation and signing of procurement contracts独立负责供应商开发，主导采购合同谈判和签订

2. Collaborate with the Supporting Lines, independently complete various service contracts for the Qingdao company, ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of procurement projects.协助支持部门，独立完成青岛公司的各种服务合同, 确保采购项目的高效合规运作。

3. Collaborate with the Business Lines, independently responsible for the full-process procurement execution of laboratory equipment, consumables and maintenance services of Labs, ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of procurement projects.协助业务线，独立负责实验室设备、耗材及维保服务等采购工作，确保采购项目的高效合规运作。

4. Solve various problems related to the procurement process and system.解决各种采购流程和采购系统问题；
