Job Description

1、对于酒店分配的销售任务负责,包括收入指标和客户开发、维护指标
2、拜访调查并筛选潜在的新客户,按时完成新客户的开发指标及产出指标
3、创建客户档案并积累客户资料
4、按照要求定期制定并执行销售拜访计划
5、按时完成销售报告、总结,(包括日、周、月)
6、管理个人的销售成本
7、 维护并挖潜在及现有客户
8、定期拜访、宴请主要客户
9、调查市场信息,了解竞争对手的相关情况,并向经理汇报
10、 参与并执行相关促销活动
11、准备每月的客户和产量评估工作
12、按时回复客户的致询
13、关注在店的重点客户和大型活动
14、参与SBRP制订过程
备注:此岗位将会涉及苏州太湖皇冠假日酒店筹开和苏州太湖假日及智选假日酒店运营工作

1、 拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
2、具有良好写作技能。
3、熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统。
4、 具有解决问题和组织能力。
