Key Responsibilities:-

  SOP Compliance: Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) laid out are strictly followed. Audit-Readiness: Maintain all documentation and records in an audit-friendly manner—no “missing files” allowed. Vendor & Purchase Management: Validate purchases against approved requisitions, budgets, and vendor terms. Bills / Invoices verification: Oversee and verify day-to-day bills, payments, vendor invoices, and petty cash transactions. On-ground Liaison: Coordinate between the implementing team and the back-office for smooth operations. Monthly Stock Checks: Oversee physical verification of stock and relevant adjustments Data Management & Documentation: Extract and reconcile data from various sources such as ERP systems, Zoho, and physical records.
