Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Manager to lead the migration of our jewelry company’s operations to Zoho, including inventory, customer management, sales, invoices, and integrations. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing and optimizing the system post-migration.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Migrate company data and processes to Zoho (inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations).
✅ Ensure seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking.
✅ Maintain and optimize the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy.
✅ Train team members on using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Continuously improve processes to enhance business workflow and automation.
