Job Summary
The Zoho Operations Executive will support the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimization of Zoho One application, with a primary focus on inventory management, internal system support, and process assistance.
Responsibilities
Zoho One Support & Operations
Assist in configuring and maintaining Zoho One applications (Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, etc.).
Support internal users with Zoho-related queries, issues, and basic troubleshooting.
Help maintain user access, roles, and permissions across Zoho applications.
Assist in testing workflows, automations, and system updates.
Inventory Management
Support inventory operations including item creation, stock updates, warehouses, and units.
Assist in monitoring stock levels, inward/outward movements, and reconciliations.
Help ensure data accuracy between inventory, sales, and accounting modules.
Generate and maintain inventory-related reports.
