Zoho Operations Executive

The Zoho Operations Executive will support the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimization of Zoho One application, with a primary focus on inventory management, internal system support, and process assistance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Zoho One Support & Operations

·       Assist in configuring and maintaining Zoho One applications (Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, etc.)

·       Support internal users with Zoho-related queries, issues, and basic troubleshooting

·       Help maintain user access, roles, and permissions across Zoho applications

·       Assist in testing workflows, automations, and system updates

Inventory Management

·       Support inventory operations including item creation, stock updates, warehouses, and units.

·       Assist in monitoring stock levels, inward/outward movements, and reconciliations.
