Responsible for managing overall P&L of the zone through a team of Regional Heads, Area Managers and Relationship Managers with strong leadership skills and Effective Service orientation. Strong man management skills coupled with Wealth Management expertise.

Deliver the objectives of Pioneer Banking channel for the zone by leading a team of Relationship Managers and their supervisors
Drive daily sales rigor by analyzing the customer data, sales performance metrics and articulating the key business imperatives of Affluent Banking Business
Hire, train and grow people in the zone to ensure customer centricity and RM productivity growth
Strategize and drive initiatives in the zone to ensure sustainable growth of the business
Expand presence in regions new to the bank to tap into new and prospective customer base
