Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all operational, sales, and administrative activities within the assigned zone.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer base.
• Ensure smooth coordination between branches, franchises, and head office.
• Monitor operational performance, delivery timelines, and service quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and evaluate zonal staff, including branch managers and sales teams. <...
