Zonal Sales Manager

Achieving zonal sales volume and value targets through designing efficient & effective tactical & operational plans and ensuring consistent support to all members of managing assigned team by comprehensive coverage of targeted customers while ensuring the value recovery within credit limit days. Timely execution of planned promotional activities by all team members during a given period.

2. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• To achieve the assigned sales volume and value targets
• To perform effective coaching and training of Zonal sales and marketing team.
• To ensure effective and timely planning / execution / follow-up of (carpenter / plumber / Car washer/ dealer party) plans on district and territories level. Brand activation activities (display, POP / POS, shop board, counter vinyl etc.) at all assigned districts and territories with assistance.
