Industry Preference :- Telecom Product Industry Highly Preferred  
Professional Knowledge Requirement    
To do Vba Hiring, Nurturing, Retention, 
To do onboarding as per the budget 
Vba on-boarding lead time 
To check vba productivity and to get top vba share. 
To do market auditing and reporting 
To prepare plans and implement strategies for vba retention 
To measure and assess monthly kpi scoring
