工作內容
1. To act as the maincontact window forcustomers DM & PM2. Ensure projects aredelivered on time withinthe stipulated scopeand budget3. Lead theinitiation and planningof a project and ensuretechnical feasibility4.Ensure resourceavailability andallocation5. Develop adetailed plan to monitorand track the progressof the project6. Coordinate with internaland external parties forthe flawless executionof projects7. Measureproject performanceusing appropriateproject managementtools8. Perform riskmanagement analysisto reduce project risks9. Report and escalateto upper managementas and when needed
