Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 6+ years PQE to play a key role in growing this impressive team. You’ll advise on a broad and varied caseload, including Mergers and acquisitions, Investment and shareholder agreements, Joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, LLPs and partnerships and Commercial contracts

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Solid corporate and commercial law experience
• Excellent legal acumen and attention to detail
• Strong grasp of risk, compliance, and governance
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts
• A proactive approach to business development and team support
• Working knowledge of articles of association, LLPs, and partnership structures
